Kids for Kids, is committed to protecting the privacy and security of its customer's personal information. 
Kids for Kids is not responsible for the content displayed on any websites linked to its site or other sites linking to, and is not responsible for their privacy practices.
Kids for Kids does not collect any personal information that may identify you specifically, or your buying preferences. The information that is collected includes only information that you provide knowingly when placing orders, which includes name, mailing and billing address, phone number and e-mail address. 
The e-mail address that you provide is used to open an account with your first purchase and to advise you when the items you have purchased are shipped. E-mail addresses are also used for sending Kids for Kids newsletters, however, only to those registering as subscribers.
Credit card information that you enter for payment is NOT stored by Kids for Kids. 
The Kids for Kids site uses cookie technology, like most other websites. Cookies are small removable data files that are stored by your web browser on your computer. Our cookies are NOT spyware.

The Fair Credit Billing Act states that your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent credit card charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any amount up to the full $50.00, Kids for Kids will cover the entire liability, up to the full $50.00.
If you suspect unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card according to its reporting rules and procedures.
Please note that Kids for Kids will cover this liability only if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at Kids for Kids online shopping while using our secure server.
Kids for Kids does not intentionally collect personal identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. If we become aware that we have collected such information from a website user who is under the age of thirteen, we will remove that child's personal information from our files.
