What is your exchange/return policy?

Returns/Exchanges are easy. Guidelines:

  • We accept unworn products purchased exclusively from  within 90 days of receipt of order.
  • Any merchandise considered worn upon return will be subject to a $10 re-stock fee.

How do I return and/or exchange my Kids for Kids?

Follow these easy steps for returns and exchanges:

1.      Complete a return/exchange form. Please include invoice number from original order – contact us if you need help locating this number. 


2.      Pack all merchandise in the original package along with completed return/exchange form. Failure to include completed form might result in additional processing time of up to 90 days of time of receipt.

3.      Ship to following address:

We highly recommend securing a tracking number for your return as Kids for Kids is not liable for any packages lost in transit.

4.      You are done! We will contact you via email once your return/exchange has been processed.

For exchanges: Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for credit to appear on your statement.
Important: Only merchandise purchased from, unworn and unwashed can be returned. 

We're sorry! But at this time our online return label functionality is not available. Please visit your preferred shipping company to ship your return. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Can I return my gift card?

No, gift cards and gift packs are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash. We do not accept returns. Lost, stolen, or damaged cards will not be replaced.

Do I have to pay to ship shoes back to you?

Customers are responsible for shipping all exchange/return merchandise back to our warehouse. We do not offer return-shipping labels, however, for an exchange we will pay for the shipping costs to send you the new merchandise from Kids for Kids.

Which method of shipping should I use to send my shoes back?

You can choose any method you like (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) We highly advise securing a tracking number for your return, as Kids for Kids will not be liable for any return packages lost in transit.

Did my shoes arrive back at your warehouse?

You will receive a notification from us upon receiving your package. We also recommend securing a tracking number for your package so you can track via your providers website.

How do I know my exchange/return has been processed?

Please allow up to 14 business days for processing from the time you return your item(s) to us. For exchanges, you will get an email confirmation once the new pair is on its way out to you.

What if I was shipped the wrong item(s)?

We apologize for any shipping mistakes, please contact us and we will be happy to correct it as quick as possible.


How do I make a return without an exchange form?

Can I return merchandise I bought online to an official retailer?

Unfortunately no.  Merchandise purchased online through from must be returned/exchanged directly with us. Please follow the return/exchange instructions above. If you have any questions, Contact Us.
